You may use the server, so long as you do not do so for commercial purposes.

You may not attempt to alter, reverse-engineer, hack, DDoS, or otherwise harm or replicate this server or any of its services. Attempting to do so will result in an immediate ban from the server.

You must agree to the terms of the third-party tools that this server utilizes.

You may only have one account at a time. You may not deactivate your account yet, though this feature is expected to be implemented soon.

You must be a human. Robots aren't allowed to use Dman Server, UNLESS they intend to do so to make human's lives better in a mutually benificial way (mainly search engine indexing). An example is Google's Search Bot, which can use Dman Server in order to provide its information to Google.

You realize that this server is frequently in development. Therefore, all services are provided on a 'as-is' and 'as available' basis. Though I sincerly apologize for any inconvienience or damage caused by the development, you agree to excuse and defend me from any legal suits based on the development of the server and any damage it may cause. There are no warranties, explicit or implied, on any service.

While using Dman Server, or any of it's services, you may not use it for any of the following purposes.

Illegal or malicious use, including downloading or transmitting of copyright material without proper credit given.

For racial, sexual or other harassment against a user.

To access pornographic or obscene material, or distribute such materials.

To solicit personal information with the intent of using such information to cause emotional or physical harm.

To disrupt the work of other users, even outside of Dman Server. This includes the propagation of computer viruses, and use of the Internet to make unauthorized entry to any other Internet resource.

For private business purposes.

Standard Definitions
DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) - The intentional paralyzing of a computer network by flooding it with data sent simultaneously from many individual computers.
CDN (Content Delivery Network) - A system of distributed servers (network) that deliver pages and other Web content to a user, based on the geographic locations of the user, the origin of the webpage, and the content delivery server.
HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol - Secured) - An extension of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) for secure communication over a computer network, which is widely used on the Internet.
